Emily Schultz
Emily Schultz began working for Catering by Kowalski's over ten years ago as an event server. She then moved into our Call Center before becoming an Event Coordinator, specializing in weddings. Since then, Emily has worked in nearly every position of the Catering Department, including on our Food Truck. As the Catering Director, Emily oversees the Call Center, delivery and kitchen operations for our Catering Hubs. She strives to meet our customers' needs at every level so they can experience the joy of good food.
