Spaghetti Squash di Parma

Ingredients

2 lb. spaghetti squash, cut in half lengthwise, seeds removed
1 cup Kowalski's Salsa di Parmigiano Spread (from the Deli Grab & Go Case)
¼ cup chopped Italian parsley

  1. In a microwave-safe dish, microwave half of squash on high, covered, until tender (10-12 min.); repeat with remaining half.
  2. Let rest until cool enough to handle.
  3. Run tines of a fork lengthwise over cut surface of squash to loosen spaghetti-like strands.
  4. Place squash in an extra-large sauté pan with Salsa di Parma; sauté over medium heat until heated through (3-5 min.).
  5. Sprinkle with parsley; serve immediately.
