I recently had a party (Oct. 15th) with some of the appetizers catered by Kowalski's. It was delicious beyond compare. I ordered the meatballs, the asparagus and pear roulade, and the Jamaican jerk chicken and pineapple skewers. They were OUTSTANDING!!! The trays were delivered on time, and totally devoured!! Thanks so much to Kowalski's—my favorite!!!

On July 24th my aunt and one of my mom's friends hosted a bridal shower brunch for me that was catered by Kowalski's, and I must say I have never seen anything so BEAUTIFUL or TASTEFUL!!!!! Everything was absolutely perfect and breathtaking! Thank you for putting so much effort into making the shower a lasting impression among not only myself but all of my family who attended as well! People were in awe of your talent! Everything I tried (and I tried it all!) was fantastic!!! I love variety, so the miniature dishes were just the right size. I will highly recommend Kowalski's catering to all! Thanks for the incredible memories!

P.S. One of my mom's friends commented, "Well I have never been to a shower like this before!"

Roxanne, thanks to you and the team for putting on a wonderful event at our house. The food was outstanding and the presentation was fantastic as well. We will not hesitate to use your services again.

I want to say a special thank you to all the hard work you did for our April 30, 2010 wedding. You acted like we were the most important people, not only on our wedding, but leading up to our day. The food was amazing! We still to this day get so many compliments on how delicious everything was. You all went above and beyond, and we cannot thank you enough!

On June 11, 2011, I held a special thank-you party for all my friends and associates who supported me during my two years of Nursing School. I wanted to enjoy the day so I purchased Kowalski deli trays and had everything delivered just a couple of hours before my guests started to arrive. Some of the trays I ordered were Belgian Endive, Mini Croissant, Sandwich Wrap, Signature Fruit, Chicken & Beef Satay, Sushi, and custom Mini Cupcakes. Everything was perfect!! I couldn’t have asked for anything more lovely to set out on my special day. I know everyone enjoyed the food because 35 people attended and there was hardly anything left over even though I purchased enough for 50! I received many compliments on the taste and appearance of everything and I was happy to say that Kowalski's created it all. The Sushi and Endive trays were particular hits but there was very little of anything left over, maybe 4 wraps, 2 mini croissants, and enough fruit for a small dish!

Anyway, the purpose of my note, in addition to complimenting Kowalski's on the service and quality food, is to express my gratitude to everyone at the Oak Park Heights store who helped to make this very special event so wonderful and successful. Whenever I shop at the store, I am always greeted warmly and receive great customer service in every department. I must admit, that although I am a frequent shopper, it is always nice to be remembered. It is a tribute to store and the culture of service that Kowalski's promotes. The management team must go out of their way to find, retain, and support their employees to make it all happen.

Our birthday party was a great success. Kowalski's food (all of it) was wonderfully delicious, we had so many great compliments. The birthday cake was also over the top. Please extend our thanks to Rachel and Maggie. The delivery went well and your attention to detail with everything needed included. Each of you were so easy to work with. We will certainly recommend each of you for help in planning a party. We had about 120 attending.

While my family and I have enjoyed shopping at your stores for a long time, we had no idea of how fantastic you would be with respect to catering. We had a dinner for some clients and their wives and I have never been more satisfied with a caterer. The planning, the delicious food and wonderful presentation, the top-notch chef and waitress - all were superb. I can't imagine our choosing another catering service.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for your catering services yesterday at our Supervalu CLOG event. Rose and her crew were AWESOME and did a wonderful job!

Holiday Party 2010 - Catering by Kowalski's executed a professional event with beautiful and delicious food. Exceeded my expectations that are very high. Beyond fantastic!

Thank you for the wonderful job on our funeral catering Saturday. I know it was difficult to add another event to your busy holiday schedule. I was getting concerned about being able to offer something to eat to everyone who came as friends and family continued to pour into the funeral home for the service. The little girl who passed was only 8, but she touched the lives of many. She had health issues all her life yet she gave love, and more than the family expected came to share condolences in return. As you know, we estimated 75 and when the chapel was overflowing, I asked the funeral director if he could give me a crowd estimate...he told me 110. Somehow, there was enough food for everyone and we even had some leftovers, so I know each person had enough to eat.

The food was delicious (as I knew it would be), and everyone especially enjoyed the pasta salad. Thank you again for catering our funeral at such a busy time of the year.

I just wanted to follow up with you regarding the catering and service provided for the memorial service for my partner, John.

In spite of the horrendous blizzard and almost insurmountable obstacles, your team was able to provide a brilliant appetizer buffet on time and with style. Both the server and deliveryman were very conscientious about the situation and did everything they could to make it a pleasant experience. They even helped organize the copious amounts of leftovers and packed them into our SUV at the end of the memorial!

I am very impressed and will be spreading the word about the brilliant service provided by your team. Thank you so much!

On September 25th, we had a wedding reception for our daughter that was catered by Kowalski's at the Eagan Community Center. This letter is to let you know that your catering staff did an excellent job! We received lots of compliments on the food, the presentation, and the efficiency/professionalism of your employees.

I wanted to send a note to say thank you for helping make the grooms dinner such a success. The food was excellent, and we received many compliments on it. My only regret is that I didn't order another tray of the nut goodie bars. Needless to say, those were a huge hit! A personal thank you to all of the staff. Everyone was so helpful in guiding my decisions and your execution of the details was flawless. I have been telling everyone I know that if they have a catering event, that I was very happy with my experience at Kowalski's.

Kowalski's did a fantastic job and I know that the next time we have a training in St. Paul, Kowalski's is on top of my list for catering services.
