Linda Day Anderson

Linda Day Anderson is not just a culinary expert, she is passionate about food! Even when not working as the culinary expert of Kowalski's Markets, she was reading, researching and developing new ways to bring the right taste, textures and combinations to the dinner table.

Anderson's career in the kitchen blended a decade of teaching junior high school home economics, a dash of developing recipes for a tofu company, and a pinch at Pillsbury as a home economicst.

As the former culinary expert of Kowalski's Markets from 2000 until her retirement in 2011, Anderson used her talent and experience to help customers think beyond the stable pot roast and chicken dinners to create new tastes the whole family could enjoy. Whether it is a simple family meal or a large gathering, Anderson share her tips and techniques that make cooking fun for anyone.
